Read beyond the ingredient name
A headline can make a study sound simpler than it is. Before asking whether a result is persuasive, first check what participants actually received.
Gong and colleagues’ 2026 paper studied a combination of walnut peptide and theanine. The research included animal experiments and an eight-week randomized, placebo-controlled human trial. The combination is a central part of the study, not a small footnote.
