September 6, 2026 · Editorial references

The rebuild rechecked the sources used in the main article collection. The former recovery reference using DOI 10.7759/cureus.58294 actually identifies a study about leprosy nerve conduction. The former metabolic reference using DOI 10.1016/j.cmet.2023.10.011 identifies “Mitohormesis,” not the stated peptide review. Those attributions were removed. The main articles now use a newly checked reference set.

September 6, 2026 · Sleep article

The sleep guide now correctly describes Gong and colleagues’ study of walnut peptide combined with theanine, published in Food & Function. The previous attribution to a peptide-only Nutrients trial was replaced. The article no longer assigns a combined result to a peptide alone or claims this is the only human trial in the field.

September 6, 2026 · Reading experience

The original article URLs were retained while titles and explanations were rewritten. Manually supplied reading times and inflated overview descriptions were replaced with length-based estimates. English and Spanish editorial versions were added.

Earlier record · May 2026

An earlier site audit recorded fabricated or unverifiable references in a machine-supplied citation collection. The September recheck shows why a historical verification claim is not sufficient: each source needs to match the actual statement it supports.
